No application server processes visitor requests, and no database is attached to this site.

The design, source code, text and images of this site are the property of Quaeris Design unless stated otherwise. Reproducing or reusing any part of it without written permission is not permitted.
Theme licences, where they apply, are governed by the terms published on each theme page and summarised on the licensing page. Nothing on this page grants a licence to the themes themselves.
Personal data
This site does not set advertising cookies, does not run third-party trackers, and does not build visitor profiles.
The contact form in this preview is a front-end example with no endpoint attached: submitting it sends nothing and stores nothing. If you connect it to a form handler before publishing, that handler becomes the data processor and its privacy terms apply.
If you email us, we keep the message for as long as needed to answer it. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Accessibility
This site is built to be usable with a keyboard, with a screen reader, and with animation disabled. Focus is always visible, motion respects the reduced-motion preference, and every page works before JavaScript runs.
If you find something that does not work for you, tell us. That is a defect and it will be treated as one.
Status of this page
No theme has been released and nothing is currently for sale. The commercial terms described across this site describe intent and will be replaced by binding terms when a release is published.
